Who can become a member?
Operator angels with a net worth of ₹7.5 Cr or more who can invest at least ₹25 L in startups per year.
Is the ₹25 L minimum per deal or per year?
₹25 L is per year. ₹10 L is parked in your wallet for the Pre-Pool, and the remaining ₹15 L is invested deal by deal, at your convenience within the year.
What is the Pre-Pool wallet?
A part of your ₹25 L annual commitment. You park ₹10 L in your wallet, and it joins the network’s Pre-Pool with other members’ wallets. It ensures we onboard only serious operator angels, and it saves your time: you don’t need to transfer money every time you invest in a deal you select.
How do I prove my eligibility?
Share your Accreditation Certificate with your application.
Am I required to invest in every deal?
No. Members choose the deals they want to back.
How are deals selected?
Our team screens each startup before sharing it with members.
What does “accreditation” mean?
It is a certificate that confirms you as a qualified investor, and it is the proof we ask for at joining.
Can I get a refund on the annual fee?
No. Once paid, the ₹29,999 + GST annual membership fee is non-refundable.
